Ms. Godshall joined Stone Pigman in 2007 and is an associate of the firm. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2003, where she earned the Sive, Paget & Riesel Environmental Law Journal Award. She received her B.A. degree, with high honors, in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Godshall served as senior attorney for Chief Justice Rogelio Valdez on the 13th Court of Appeals in Texas. She also served as law clerk to Justice Dori C. Garza. Ms. Godshall was admitted to the California bar in 2006 and to the Texas bar in 2005 and previously practiced in California. She was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 2008.

Ms. Godshall is the co-chair of the American Bar Association's Environmental Law Committee's Subcommittee on Women Environmental Lawyers. She is a member of the Client Assistance Fund Committee and the 2010-2011 Leadership Class of the Louisiana State Bar Association. She is a member of the Young Leadership Council's College Admissions Project. She serves as a volunteer for the Pro Bono Project of New Orleans.
