Employment
We have represented a number of clients in employment litigation and have defended them against claims of discrimination based on sex, age, race and religion, as well as claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities, the Age Discrimination in Employment and the Employee Retirement Income Security Acts, and the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, among others.
