Stone Pigman has a broad base of insurance-related litigation experience with both American and London companies. The firm has represented insurers in attempts at class-action certification with respect to claims based upon underwriting practices and bad faith, and has defended coverage issues and claims in national class actions. - negotiations, litigation and administrative proceedings involving insurance regulatory issues in Louisiana and other jurisdictions;
