Represented a European conglomerate in a multi-billion dollar acquisition of deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets and a $7.5 billion oil and gas development project.

Represented a publicly traded midstream Master Limited Partnership in the subcharter of a fleet of black oil barges.

Represented an independent E&P operator in offshore Alaska in all aspects of its corporate and operational matters, including a $200 million credit facility, infrastructure development, maritime and drilling operations and marketing.

Represented an Australia-listed E&P company in its west Texas oil & gas operations.

Represented a start-up floating LNG developer in projects in offshore Israel and U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Represented a European heavy lift and shipping company in its U.S. corporate and operational matters.

Represented a Mexican company with a large portfolio of Mexican gasoline retail outlets with their U.S. and cross-border operations.

Represented a private equity buyer of midcap barge company in the Pacific Northwest.
