Mr. Zimmering was law clerk to the Honorable John A. Dixon, Jr., Louisiana Supreme Court, 1976-77. He is a member of the American and Louisiana State Bar Associations.
Mr. Zimmering was an Associate Professor of Law at Tulane University Law School where he taught courses in Public Utility and Energy Regulation as well as advanced seminars on those topics for 28 years.
