Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann L.L.C. Announces New Members

Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Justin Lemaire, Heather Lonian and John Mark Fezio have become members of the firm, effective January 1, 2013.

Mr. Lemaire joined Stone Pigman in 2005 and is a member of the Litigation Section.  He concentrates his practice in business litigation, securities arbitration and oil and gas litigation.  He is admitted to practice law in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all Louisiana federal and state courts.  Mr. Lemaire received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2005, where he was the Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.  He earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in History from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2002, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the debate team.  Mr. Lemaire is a member of the American, Louisiana State, New Orleans and Federal Bar Associations and the Bar Association of the Federal Fifth Circuit.  Mr. Lemaire has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Louisiana Super Lawyers magazine and as a "Top Lawyer" by New Orleans Magazine.

Ms. Lonian joined Stone Pigman in 2005 and is a member of the Litigation Section.  She concentrates her practice in business litigation, class action litigation, mass tort litigation and insurance law.  She is admitted to practice law in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all Louisiana federal and state courts.  Ms. Lonian received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2005, where she was the General Editor of the BlackLetter Law Journal.  She earned her B.A. in History from Yale University in 2002, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta.  Ms. Lonian is the Co-Chair of the Programs Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Class Actions & Derivative Suits Committee.  She is a member of the National, Louisiana State and Federal Bar Associations, the Bar Association of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Louisiana Association of Black Women Attorneys.  Ms. Lonian has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Louisiana Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Fezio joined Stone Pigman in 2005 and is a member of the Litigation Section.  He concentrates his practice in business litigation, employment and media, entertainment and sports law.  He is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana federal and state courts.  Mr. Fezio received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2005, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review.  He also was the founder of the Tulane Christian Legal Society.  He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Marketing from Clemson University in 2002, where he was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.  Mr. Fezio serves as the Treasurer of the New Orleans Chapter of the Christian Legal Society.  He is a member of the American, Louisiana State and the Federal Bar Associations.
