James Slaton to Address Premises Liability in an Age of Mass Shootings

James Slaton will present "Beyond Slip and Fall: Premises Liability in an Age of Mass Shootings" at the American College of Real Estate Lawyers 2018 Spring Meeting.  His presentation will be part of the "Lawyers, Guns and Money: Firearms and Other Premises Liability Concerns in a Turbulent Time" educational session, which will explore some of the potential premises liability and political issues raised at the intersection of carry rights legislation and gun violence.
