David Rieveschl and Barbra Barnett to Participate in Louisiana Veterans Entrepreneurship Program

David Rieveschl and Barbra Barnett will participate in a venture capital term sheet negotiation panel at the Louisiana Veteran Entrepreneurship Program seminar on February 20, 2018.  The panel members will stage a mock term sheet negotiation between a start-up company and venture capital organization and each participant will portray a different role in the negotiation.  Additional details about the seminar can be found here.
