Edward Poitevent Quoted in Louisiana Record Article

A recent article in the Louisiana Record addresses what happens when a foreign-owned oil tanker runs into a fixed, oil and gas producing platform in the Gulf of Mexico off the Louisiana coast, causing damage to the platform and disrupting production.  In the article, Edward Poitevent discusses the impact of these allisions in the Gulf.  (An allision is the running of one ship upon another ship/platform that is stationary, as distinguished from a collision where both ships are underway.)  The full article can be found here.
