Scott Whittaker to Participate in Multiple Sessions at 23rd National M&A Institute

Scott Whittaker will participate in three educational programs during the American Bar Association's 23rd National M&A Institute.  He will be a panelist on the "Negotiating the Acquisition Agreement" mock negotiation on November 8, and the "Valuation and Purchase Price-Related Issues" and "Private Equity Buyers" presentations on November 9.  Additional information about the event can be found here.
